Carpetone.com utilizes Project Boards. After creating an account, you can create Project Boards, which essentially act as folders to categorize all your favorite items. You can save product estimates, SelectAFloor Finder results, and inspirational images/videos/articles to your board. You can choose to send your board to your store, so that when you arrive in the store your Flooring Consultant is prepared with all the details of your project.

How do I start creating my Boards?
All you have to do is register to create your personal Carpetone.com Account. To make the process easier, you can choose to utilize your social media accounts to fill in your information. We then ask you a few questions to help us customize your online experience. The process only takes a few moments. Visit the section for more FAQs.

What can I save to my Boards?
You can save your results from the SelectAFloor Finder, specific products and estimates, articles and videos from our blog, images/videos from our inspiration section, and finally your before and after photos.

What is the SelectAFloor™ Finder?
SelectAFloor™ is a proprietary in-store system that enables our Flooring Consultants to help you find the perfect flooring for your home based on your lifestyle. We’ve now brought that experience online! By answering a few simple questions, we match your preferences to our flooring.

How can I use the blog or inspiration filters?
Our Beautiful Design Made Simple blog and our Carpet One inspiration section utilize smart filters to help you find the content you want to see. Use the dropdown to filter the content by room type or other filters, to enable quick viewing of relevant content.

Can I buy online from Carpet One?
Not exactly – but as one of North America's leading flooring retailers, Carpet One is pleased to bring you the best online experience. Browse our tremendous selection of flooring, read our online content, and use our interactive tools to find the perfect flooring for your home. Then, visit your local store or complete one of the contact forms, and a representative will contact you. We can even come to your home with samples and information for a convenient shopping experience.

Why do you need my zip code?
We use your zip code to find the closest Carpet One Floor & Home to you. We also tailor our selection to make sure you see pricing available in your area.

Why am I on a local store website when I first visited Carpetone.com?
Our goal is to provide you with the best online experience. To do so, we want to connect you with your local Carpet One Floor & Home store. You may be localized based on your location or by entering your zip code. At that time you will be brought to the local store’s website where you can browse all of the same great content as we have on Carpetone.com.


In-Store

How can I share my boards with my store?
Create an account and start saving products, SelectAFloor Finder results, and more to your board. When you are ready, navigate to your board and select – Send to Store. This will enable you to send as many or as few details to your local Carpet One Floor & Home store as you desire. When you visit that store, your information will be ready and waiting – enabling our Flooring Consultants to help you find the perfect floor for your home.

Where can I see your products in a store?
To see our products in a local Carpet One Floor & Home, navigate to the Find a Store link in the header or footer. Enter your zip/postal code and we'll direct you to the nearest Carpet One location.

When will a store contact me after filling out a contact or free estimate form?
Our stores aim to reach out to customers within 1-2 business days following a form submission.

Do you deliver?
We do not currently deliver flooring products. Browsing online with Carpet One gives you the convenience of finding your perfect floor form the comfort of your home. You can even request a free in-home measure from your local Flooring Consultant. However, purchases must be made through a local Carpet One Floor & Home. Please visit your local store for details.

Why should I create an account on Carpetone.com?
Creating an account on Carpetone.com enables you to save all your flooring inspiration, articles, room visualizer images, SelectAFloor Finder results, and product estimates in one place. You can create project boards to categorize your items by room or other category. Then send your projects to your local Carpet One Floor & Home store, where your Flooring Consultant will be waiting to help find you the perfect floor.

How do I create an account on Carpetone.com?
If you have not previously logged in, you will see a Register link at the top of the website. You will also be prompted to create an account if you try to create boards or favorite products or content. Creating an account is simple. Just fill out some basic information (or connect to your social media accounts to do this). We ask you a few questions to better customize your floor buying experience. Then click submit and you are ready to start creating boards!

How do I change my personal information?
Log in to your Carpetone.com Account. Within your profile section you can change your street or e-mail address, phone number, or password. You can also change email preferences and the store that you are assigned to.

What if I forget my password?
Go to the Login area of our website and click "Lost Your Password." Enter your e-mail address and we'll send your carpetone.com password.

Do you share my information with anyone?
We will not share your personal information with anyone, except as is required to fulfill your order. Click here to see our privacy policy.


Pricing and Financing

Are the prices in my Flooring Estimate guaranteed?
We make every attempt to maintain the lowest prices on the items we offer, but price changes do occur, sometimes overnight. As a result, prices on items stored in your Board are subject to change until you have actually placed your order at the store and it has been confirmed. 
Prices shown for items on this website's product pages are shown both for merchandise only as well as installed order. This varies by store. For the most accurate pricing, please contact or visit your local store. 
We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order in the case of a pricing error or other technical issues.
